While searching for the ideal investment location for our own holiday homes, we carried out an extensive evaluation of possible destinations in Europe. The Dalmatian coast turned out to be the ideal location. Alongside the scenic beauty, good accessibility, Mediterranean savoir-vivre, the clear water, and the breathtaking archipelago, we discovered solid economic reasons for building in the Dalmatians. Building land in prime locations by the sea is undervalued in comparison to other European destinations.

We built premium villas at our own risk, with our own money, and as if we were building our own homes. We would be happy to sell them upon completion, and any objects remaining in our possession we will rent as holiday homes.

Our villas are all close to the sea, with undisturbed sea views. We build with the highest quality materials and use sophisticated luxurious furnishings.

In order to maintain our high-quality German standards in Croatia, we had to create our own infrastructure and organization there. In the meantime, we have established a team of experienced craftsmen and experts.
